Wheatless Bar &  Grill: Gluten Free Restaurant, Bowling Green, KY 

Having a true gluten allergy is tough on anyone.  It is especially tough on kids.  It is excruciating  if your a kid with Celiac,  who travels  frequently.  Although gluten free items have become more readily available at restaurants in recent years, it still comes with some challenges.  Cross contamination of foods that contain gluten is a huge problem. However, we discovered a small gem in Southern Kentucky!  Wheatless Bar and Grill serves an EXCLUSIVELY Gluten Free  menu.  This was like Christmas Day for my child with Celiac!  She could pick anything she wanted from the menu without questioning or a fear of cross contamination.  This restaurant was such a special treat for her.

The decor was stylish and clean. The staff were fabulous and extremely knowledgeable about food allergies.  However, the most important feature- THE FOOD WAS INCREDIBLE!
